Giver Guide

If you prefer traditional giving, registered parishioners receive personalized offertory envelopes by mail. These may be used for regular weekly contributions and Holy Days or special collections.

Envelope System for Contributions

Our envelope system has served St. Patrick Parish well for many years. When you register and request offertory envelopes, you will first receive temporary envelopes, followed by your assigned envelope number.

Usage
Use these envelopes for your weekly contributions and special collections. You may place them in the collection basket during Mass or mail/drop them off at the Parish Office.

Important Notes

• Checks: Please make all checks payable to St. Patrick Church. Checks written to other organizations cannot be cashed. Ensure our parish name is on the “pay to the order of” line so your gift is properly credited.
• Specific Designations: If you wish to support a specific ministry or cause (e.g., storm relief, retired priests, Holy Days, appeals), please write this in the memo line. Canon Law requires that donations be used for the purpose designated by the donor.
• Recording Donations: Registered parishioners will have all contributions recorded under their account. Envelopes without a memo will be credited according to the envelope's intended purpose (e.g., a check in a Christmas envelope will be recorded as a Christmas contribution).
• Unused Envelopes: If you receive envelopes in the mail but do not use them, please contact the parish office so we can cancel your subscription. This helps us save on unnecessary envelope and mailing costs.
