Give Blood, Save Lives
Giving blood is a practical way to serve others and live out Christ’s command to heal the sick. One donation can help up to three patients by providing red cells, platelets, and plasma.
Adults have 8–12 pints of blood
Donation takes ~1 hour, including registration & mini-physical
Less than 5% of eligible adults donate
There is no substitute for blood
