How To Order
Simply complete the brick order form and mail it with payment to the address listed on the form. Once received, a team member will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and engraving details.

Details
4" x 8" engraved brick
Up to 3 lines of text
20 characters per line (including spaces & punctuation)
Engraving is centered and uses all uppercase letters
Acceptable message types include:
Family name
In Memory of (loved one)
Sacraments (Wedding, Baptism, Confirmation)
Graduating class or student
Church organizations
Parish-related special events
Please Note: Business names are not permitted.

If ordering more than two bricks, please submit a copy of the order form for each brick and attach all forms together.
