No worries! The Fall Festival goes on rain or shine. Most activities, games, and rides will continue as planned, and we’ll provide covered areas for food, entertainment, and seating when needed. Bring your raincoat or umbrella just in case, and get ready to have fun no matter the weather!
Please note: All tickets and ride bracelets are non-refundable, even in the event of rain.
Pre-Sale Two-Day Unlimited Ride Tickets* will be on sale starting Wednesday, 10 days before the fair, until Thursday 12 PM before the fair. Tickets are good for both days. All St. Patrick School and PSR students will receive a Pre-Sale Form to be completed and returned with payment by the deadline. The special Pre-Sale Two-Day Tickets are only available at these times and will not be available at the festival.
*2-Day Pre-Sale tickets will not be sent home. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to parents that payment has been received and to pick up the ticket at the Fall Festival. Pre-Sale pick-up will be with Ms. Val at a designated spot at a table near the ticket sales booth. Tickets are then redeemed at the Ride Ticket Booth for a 2-day unlimited ride bracelet.
Absolutely! The Fall Festival relies on hundreds of volunteers, and there’s a role for everyone—whether you love working with people, staying behind the scenes, or just lending a hand wherever it’s needed.
Volunteers help with:
Setup and teardown (Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and Saturday night)
Ticket sales
Kids’ games and specialty booths
Food and beverage stations
Clean-up crews throughout the event
General support wherever help is needed
Most shifts are just a couple of hours, and you can choose the time that works best for you. If you don’t want to commit to a specific shift, you’re welcome to simply show up during setup or teardown—extra hands are always needed and deeply appreciated.
Volunteering is also a great way to meet people, serve our parish, and be part of the community spirit that makes the Fall Festival possible!
Yes! We value your feedback and want to hear from you. After the Fall Festival, we invite attendees to complete a short survey about the activities, food, games, and overall experience. Your input helps us make each year even better and ensures the festival continues to be fun, safe, and memorable for everyone.
Keep an eye out for the survey link on our website and social media, and thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts!
